ABS Challenge

reminds me today, i must initiate posting pix to encourage challengers to do the same..

but our office firewall is blocking photosharing sites.

oh well, will do this at home tonight.

Haven't been to gyms here... no idea either.

My plan is to take on some cardio-muscular routines coupled with light dumbells, i.e. "Light and High"

Light weights with High reps. Jog first to warm and loosen up, then proceed to routines.

Plenty of exercise programs and diets available, waiting to be googled.

I was planning to go to GYM...but....dont know anything about them.. Dont know how the crowd will treat me n all..

you mean packs of abs... got none so far.

just like other guys mentioned.. i have one big pack.. plus extras on the side LOL!

this is really a HUGE challenge i'm undertaking personally and the gains will be all mine to keep!

there should be some face... but you can blacken the eyes so as to have some "privy" left or you may put some dark shades.

we have seen here some polls of this and that, admittedly i don't know yet how to start a poll but we can ask admin to tell us how.

next is, the contenders will post online the most recent snap of their abs.

then at every succeding moths, an updated pictures will be posted.

it's up to the challenger what type of exercise and diet they will take to fulfill the tasks.

The goal is that, after 3 mos.. a poll from QL members will decide who they think has the best ABS to show...

This is the general idea, and open to comments and suggestions before the real game begins...

let it be an open challenge, wether one has ONE BIG pack or 4 small packs... it will all boil down to the jurors vote.

Let's put a bigger percentage of voters criteria on best improved.

as i had said on other posts, developing the habit to continue with a task is much harder than seeing ourselves enacting the thought and taking the first step of action..

but anything done out of routinary that spells some difference is a much welcomed breather...
