ADDICTIONS

Sex and all aspects that come with it i will take a pass on the drugs so will double up on the alcohol instead!!! Oh and smoking that i will give up so it is half an addiction as i will not be giving up the other two oh wait a min drinking without smoking now thats going to be hard!

We settled in a village outside Didim (Yehenisar), very quiet, only 40 people in Winter and 140 yards from the beach.

We very rarely go into the tourist areas (Altinkum) during Summer but it's great in winter when only one or two cafes are open and we sit round the wood-burner or the oven.

Good Addictions (according to me) : Qatar Living, an active internet connection, my MacBook Pro ...

Bad Addicitions (according to my better half) : Qatar Living, an active internet connection, my MacBook Pro ...

good addictions: designer shades, galaxy bars & finally browsing thru QL.

bad addictions: TV, compulsive eating & browsing thru QL!

Which area did you choose to settle..(No specifics...Just a general one)..the usual Bodrum Altinkum circuit or further up North...??

It's a compaq nc4010 notebook purchased in the UK and brought in as hand luggage in my travel bag. I also brought a full sized English k/b as the wife touch types.

I know what you mean about the Turkish k/b yuk!

Had problems with them in the Internet cafe before we had a phone line. iI you mean? Plus the other oddities. Took me ages to get into my e-mail account as there were two i's. One in the name and one in Hotmail.

How do you manage to type with THAT turkish key-board?? I am addicted to hating it....You will be really lucky if you purchased your computer outside Turkey...Its really irritating for typing English...
