Anybody leaving doha that has reliable live-in domestic help?

I will be arriving there shortly and really dont want to have to wait 2 months for an untried live in maid to arrive. We have a 4yr old son and my wife and I will be working full time. The maid will therefore have to be competent with childcare after he gets home from school until we get home (well not entirely true as i will be working from home so i'll be there as well, but have to get my work done).

If anyone is leaving in the near future who has reliable competent live-in help, we are a decent family who will pay well, and would like to hire based on recommendation!
