buying Nissan Petrol other than Nissan Authorized dealer

I need a piece of advice regarding buying Nissan Petrol from outside main dealership. The private deal price difference is about 20k and warranty is from thrid party (AAA).
Please let me know if anybody has previous experience or know the catch.
Response would be highly appreciated.

Imran,

One of my friend has purchased a Nissan patrol from one of the Agent-Western Auto this car was improted from UAE so the price was cheaper by almost 30,000/- and she has a warraty from AAA for 3 years so any issues it gets covered by this warranty but only drwa back you cannot get it serviced by the Main dealer at anytime.Resale value also will be a bit less.

finally bought it from the main dealership.

My recommendation: Go for the Local Agents.
