Few weeks i had an appouintemnt for my daughter at hamad outpatient. The tiome given was eight o clock and our token number was 803 (3rd patient in room 8) but we ended meeting the doctor at 10:30am.Reason being letting all other numbers behind us for reasons i donno ... they weren't either serious cases . when asked y they r letting other patients doctor said they r oxygen patients and so and so .. we all know that emergency cases need to b taken to pediatric emergency in AL sadd not to outpatient in hamad. due to such a behaviour we decided that we will not come back again to Hamad for any reasons.

I just wrote a complaint in suggestion box thinking that it will not b read and will surely go to the bin .. but the reverse happened and a lady called me from hamad last week and en quired y i had given a complaint and asked me to explain the issue. I felt happy for the care they took to read the complaint .. she even apologized.
And from her message i feel there will b a change next time i visit Hamad OP.

any such experience with HAMAD Hosp ...QL

The organizations in Qatar do not have any malice, however often its just one or two of the bad apples (in terms of employees) whose bad judgements maligns the whole service industry in qatar.

happy to know that someone called you back from HMC.

They are not so known professionals to ease out the grivances of patients. Still they called you, it is a great news. May be things are going to change.

I dont think, not many people will contribute /comment on this column on the HMC professionalism....

no offence please
