car registration cancel and export

Hello,

i wanted to find out the complete process for cancelling my car registration and having it driven to my parents in bahrain. i have a personal loan on the car so it is registered in my name with no loan attached to it. My father will come to doha to drive it across to bahrain. Can someone please give me the full details of what documents i need and the process i need to follow as i will only be in doha for one day and need to sort out all the paperwork during that day.
