Careless of Qtel customer care
Hallo I send a email 3 times in last week to the Q-tel customer care,regarding the procedure for the new business connection in commercial apartment, nobody is replied not yet, i think in Qatar all agencies are very lazy, i don't know how they will reach 2022??????

are you sure you are using the right method to get through to them? somehow emails alone don't ring right as far as your purpose goes,God knows!
is there any different procedure for business connections?
The same problem happened with me now inrernet iscutting time to time the rooter tomson is stopping time to time and mozais tv they fix it 3time and still not working and i am paying the bills i am not consumming because of them grrrrrrrrrr
experience till now....
may be you said "hallo" to them also... and they think u are joking.... ;)
else qatar not gonna reach to 2022... 2022 will come to qatar... u just dont worry about that :p
and regarding our experience.. it was quiet good.. when we told them that we have some problem in our connection.. they responded quickly.. now our internet is quiet good, open one page at a time.. ;)
