Cascade East Compound by gulf united

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to check if for 12K/month the above compound is worth paying for?

1. Its upstairs
2. No sure do you call it a duplex villa or an appartment, they call it villa.
3. The gym is not a gym, just a fitness corner I would say that is poorly maintained but alright only.
4. The pool is nice with water fountain
5. The road to it sucks big time
6. The lightings and bulbs blows all the time
7. Quality of the building is not good, but I am comparing with my home country (not sure if its an acceptable by common standards here)
8. AC ok but no central heating.
9. The guards are nice though (English speaking filipinos).
10.Lastly, it has a nice children's play pen...but no children uses it...dono why...

Hope to get some feedback...

Thanks

I have friends living in Cascades and they complain about the incessant construction noise coming from all around the compound. The villas themselves are very nice - the upstairs apartments don't have any outside yard but then again you don't get the sound of people walking around above your head. But the building noise is extremely bad and likely to continue for some time, I'd advise you to visit beforehand

Yes, sounds about right.

I have friends there. 12-15K is the going rate - electricity and water are included. The playhouse is used in the summer when it's too hot to play outside.

You're right, the road sucks.
