Christmas is coming

My first Christmas in Qatar but decided to still feel excited and enjoy...Planning to join every Christmas event I hear about, starting with Tree Lightening on the 1st :)

since my job title is Santa, and since I come from Christmas Islands, it is my duty to provide guidence and advises:

To all Christmas lovers,

Try to be in the south desert of Qatar...around the inland sea/khor Udaid area

It usually snows there around Christmas time...an amazing scene...the sand dunes will all be covered with a white blancket...the trees will be swaying under the weight of snow...and Santa will show up with his six camels pulling his white Landcruiser

I have been invited over to friends for Crimbo Dinner with all the trimmings. Which starts Christmas Eve ;)

Talking on Christmas Dinner, what you got planned TB? Hotel or home? We have still not decided as its a working day which means that I will have to take a day off from my annual leave ..:(

The tree has been up for ages now. The presents are wrapped, and the ones to send home have been dispatched. I have my HiFi stacked up with Christmas songs. Christmas dinner planned and a partridge in a pear tree ;)

I am so ready for Christmas...

Ir's time to get in the Christmas spirit, which of course is rum, vodka, gin, whisky and lot's of egg nog.
