Clarification and Advice
Hi QL's,
Good Morning.
Need some Advice for setting up a new clothing shop. I have been working in my company and my uncle friend propose to have a business with us to open a new clothing shop.
I would like to get some of QL's opinion on the below:
1. Investor would like to invest for 200,000 QR. - would this be enough?
2. All the expenses will be taken from the investment like rent for the shop, water, electricity, sign board, my salary, clothings for the shop, and other expenses. --> would i take the risk and quit my previous job to open a shop without my salary on it?
3. We will split the income profit to 50/50 --> would that be fair enough?
4. Which location is suitable for opening a new fashion clothing shop?
5. Please I need to know the procedure on how to open a shop.
It would be a great help for us if you can add up some opinion or advice.. Thank you and God Speed.

take professional advice,dont waste time here..since ur in the same business,you should have better clear picture regarding the setup and the questions u asked

@ rod.. need to get some point of view from other people.@ sanasdoha -just for a start up... like small shop will do..do u think its not yet enough?
The major chunk of your initial expense will go into Interior Decoration, insurance and what about running cost.
