your website is very much usefull, but it would be more accesible and appropriate if in your classified add page will be more spesific,
example : pls make another part which the applicant or the person who is looking for job has thier own page and for the company who put adds for thier employement wanted is seperate also.
In this way, it will be more easy for the reader and user to know exactly what they want,because sponsor and management doest not need to go thru all the unnesesary add in your classified.
somebody spoke up WANTED N APPLICANTS so difficult to know which is which.
I second the motion to the idea coz its really time consuming to identify which is which...:)

Good idea. Actually, I've been annoyed by those hundreds of SITUATION WANTEDs. When you're looking for a job, you wouldn't want to see these stuff all over the page. I hope they separate the vacancies and wanteds soon.

As we are at suggesting the website for some improvements, may I suggest also that for accommodation, please add a field for nationality preferred as most of the adds for sharing, specify the nationality but most of times, the user can only see the requirement after opening the add.
Adding filters to search is an easy admin task and it would help a lot the users!
