Shocking conditions in the athletes' village for next month's Commonwealth Games in New Delhi have prompted warnings the event may be called off, with Scottish officials describing their team's accommodation as "unsafe and unfit for human habitation."

when team officals come out and say this you know there are serious problems.....Team Officals are only looking out for the welfare of their teams so they have no vested interest, if they say its CRAP I believe them...
