Customer Service issues on Social Media
Have you ever tried raising a customer service issue on one of the social networks like Twitter or Facebook. Did you get any response from the company? Was the issue sorted out?
There are a lot of companies who manage to have a social media presence, however they don't respond to customer complains. Anyone willing to share their experience?
