Dear Q-Tel,
Trust me I have very sincerely read all your advertisements, promotions, billboards... they are really glossy and attractive. I also know that you are very happy and proudly ready to host FIFA2022. I also have no problem when you claim to deliver seamless "world class (?)" services and what not!!! I even have no problem (if otherwise, what can I do?) when you charge exorbitant fee for your services/products.
I have only simple problem that you take 10 DAYS to shift telephone/internet connection within same locality and your staff talks as if that itself is great service to we less mortals, 'the customers'.
Can I suggest you! Instead of putting lots of riyals in glossy billboards, you can increase your staff so that our telephones/internet (and other such petty services & issues) are fixed quickly.
To remind, there are some companies who fix such small issues within 24/48 hours and they belong to your own world not from MARS.

painther, Qtel is not soo bad, the same thing happened with me, the difference was only that instead of coming after 10 days, they came the very next day and installed it... Special thanks to some one on QL... :)

Qtel is good to me,,,, very fast service provided.... I have changed 3 times my phone line and ADSL.... It has provided with in 36 hrs at the most....
But I wanna reply to painther: If you are working in Qtel... be part of the business and be customer oriented, who cares its not my fathers company isnt it... More over if all Kharjii's(the way you describe) leave Qtel and opt for vodafone or other provider... the day will not be far for you to become miskeen soooon...

I think QL bosses should see that a QLr's internet lines are fixed quikly else how the poor soul will live without QLing...on longggg weekends...... :(-

i agree, these service guys are very slow. We experienced that in my accommodation also, it takes days before they fix the connection.
