dell & int'l warranty

does anyone know a place wher they give int'l warranty for dell laptops?... my preferred model is not available at villagio or carefour, and jarir gives only middle east warranty. :( does anyone know of any other place that gives int'l warranty on dell?
if i dont get one, im thinking of toshiba. any info on performance of the toshiba for heavy 3d work and gaming?
