it is not even issued to anybody who works in a govt firm.... he or she should work with the government and its political establishment...

i see..i see.. btw, this is not for me...i understand what you are saying now darudesky...  thanks.. ok given that the person is already working on a govt firm in our country can he request this? apply this from his company? or he/should wait for a "mission" abroad?

and if one is holding this kind of visa, is it automatic that he/she can take his/her family abroad?

i'm asking this to help out a friend.

You cant. you have to be employee in some govt firm in YOUR COUNTRY and if you were appointed for missions abroad they will provide you with a diplomat passport which has alot of privileges and powers. you cant get a diplomat passport sitting here working for a company which by no mean is related to you Pinoy govt.

simple thing if you have a diplomat passport you get a diplomat visa for free

and you get your diplomat passport if you are working in any gov firm of your country not some other country. Never. second if working with UN you get diplomat passport.
