If the website language is other than English or Arabic it's never blocked. Q-Tel's computer knows only English and Arabic.

I don't think I've come across anything blocked yet? I have a VPN to watch things from the UK but amazingly to download torrents, it doesn't work with the VPN but does with the when not connected!

Also betting websites from the UK are not blocked here either.

Yeah, when the wife and I were in China we used a very helpful program to get around the ridiculous gov blocks. Almost EVERYTHING seemed to be blocked in China.
