Thailand sounds great James, I went a few years ago and loved it. I have to go home from xmas, my family will go crazy if I don't.

I've got lots of muslim friends who eat pork and drink too. Its moving with the times.

You can't live by religion, I call myself a hypocrite Hindu because I like the odd juicy steak or a big mac from mcdonalds ;-)

I might not have bacon on warburtons bread right now, but I'm enjoying a large glass of vino - life is still good :-)

I find it really difficult to understand why people comment on threads when they have no interest in what we're talking about. For the first time in ages, I was enjoying a thread which was a "happy" topic, it may be a nonsense topic but I was still enjoying it.

Why can't people just ignore the thread??

I don't eat beef, but I wouldn't feel the need to preach to others - each to their own!

James - have you tried the golf club? I don't eat beef, but they had roast lamb as well as beef and the roast potatoes were quite crispy. Food was great and if you sit outside, there's an amazing view over the green.

I've made a couple of roasts here but I find either the oven isn't good enough or the potatoes just aren't the same. Well... I'm not gonna blame my cooking ;-)

"pig playing with and eating Mud", mud is actually very useful, there're high-end mud-based facial cosmetics, full of vitamins and nutrients for the skin.

Once I ate pork meatballs without knowing, it wasn't tasty, it may have been the meat or the recipe wasn't good, cannot judge.

Another one was when I had a huge chunk of the original black forest cherry cake, afterwards (with the last bite..lol), I had all sorts of nausea, dizziness and discomfort, it turned out the fruits were soaked in alcohol...that was a scene!
