As Stone Cold said, the word "Working" hours should be substituted for "Opening" or "Business" hours. Be thankful that's the worst you have to try and translate. Have a thought for these people.

lolzzz. Yaa I understand... and no wonder that reflects their low quality management...

1- the sign is on the entrance door...

2- It's a corporate... customers have nothing to do with their staff's working hours...sorry.. but it doesnt make sense to me.

Hmmm ok :) No it doesn't mean customers work there, it means the bank work from 7 to 1 for the customers.
