I am in the opinion that portable radars have been recently in use in doha
This consist of a type of camera fixed on a three-legged stand hidden behind a car.
I saw this yesterday evening between fire station and al markhiya street and this afternoon on salwa road.
This camera is hidden by a white toyota landcruiser.
Is the qatari police using such equipment ?
In every road they r using mobile radar.
In the high way, if u see ny vehicle not tht much old, care of that car.

yes they are using this portable radar since long time back. and most of the time you won't notice it until it flashes on you. they also use this on secondary roads as well.
