Dweller Plz

Deweller can you plz explain the law relating to medical certificate,say for a pakistani.My employer has got the business visa to get me in the country but they are not sending me as hr deptt there is not too sure about my medical certificate which I obtained from an approved institution ,they are asking about its attestation by qatar embassy which they refused and told that they cant do it here.I know its not exactly ur area of expertise but as you have wide range of experience in recruitment ete Plz advice as to what I should do and what the Hr deptt should do.
