i was at addidas store (across go sport)when the first fire happened. the smoke was black and the salesman's first reaction was to lock us (me and other shoppers) up inside the shop, so, we told him that we will break the glass window if he wont open the door.

obviously, the crews are not well trained with regards to emergency evacuation.
