End of emplyment service

Hi
my slf was working for known airline in qatar and recently my father expired so had to go to india as he was just 58 ad never thought it could happen soo soon.
I informed my employer that i will be resuming duties in 20 days time but they send me End of service letter with out any benefits and all my stuff is lying over there including brand new car.i have my personal loan as well and i dont know wht is my status now

as per labour laws employer has right to revoke/terminate the contract if the employee found absent from workpace for x many days without notifying him.

better check your contract, qatari labor laws, and get yourself a decent lawyer asap
