Enjoy Life,Face Challenges & Feel Good
"A happy life requires a positive attitude, building good habits into the daily routine to meet challenges and make dreams come true."
‘Life is a precious gift,’ says psychotherapist Lynda Field, ‘but we are not always able to appreciate this miracle fully.’ It’s rarely a smooth ride, but happy people are virtually always positive; they expect the best, sort out problems with a cool head and make the most of whatever comes their way.
With a few basic skills, most people have the power to shape the life they want, enjoy it to the full and feel good day after day.
FEEL GOOD HABITS FOR A HAPPY LIFE
Wake up with a smile and plan to spend the day without complaining, change what you can, ignore the rest. Then however busy the schedule, fit in some relaxation, a walk in the fresh air, five minutes meditation, a visit to the gym or a hot bath.
Take a look at personal space, at work or home, and have a change now and then, just to enhance the mood and please the self. Remove all unnecessary stress, if something does not work, either fix it or get rid of it
Accept compliments with good grace and return the favour to colleagues, family and friends whenever it’s due. Take criticism in your stride, examine it, put things right or discard it. Everyone can decide how they feel, nobody can force you to feel hurt or depressed, unless you let them.
HOW TO FACE CHALLENGES FOR A BETTER LIFE
Some say that worries destroy mind and soul, so why waste time and energy imagining the worst? Most of the time, it won’t happen but if it does, the only way is to be constructive and look for a solution, not for someone to blame. Self-pity leads nowhere so take charge and decide what to do next, act rather than react. Adopt the motto, ‘I’ll handle it’, advises workshop leader Susan Jeffers, who recommends repeating it often, while preparing to face challenges on the strong side of the fence.
Optimists typically remember the silver lining. It’s rarely obvious at the time when a negative situation unfolds, but chances are something positive may come out in the end, whether it's a better job after redundancy or a better exam result second time round. Trust and expect the best, as there’s nothing to lose by maintaining a positive mindset.
BE POSITIVE AND ENJOY LIFE
Live in the present, enjoy every moment, every gift, small or big, but plan for the future. Today’s actions decide what tomorrow will bring so set some goals, short and medium term. Make them personal, give them a time frame and a reward at the end. Be flexible if need be but don’t use this as an excuse to drift aimlessly.
Whatever happens, a positive attitude is a key element in a happy life. Ban negative thoughts, replace them with a positive action plan, and ban negative words such as ‘I’m not sure’, ‘maybe I will’ or ‘I might’. Be firm and decisive.
Life can also be enriched by trying something new every day. It could be yellow roses in the dining room instead of red, a different style of dress or a new hobby. Stepping out of one’s comfort zone is a great way to boost confidence and enjoy a positive and happy life.

a smile can never b scary if stimulated from the heart
if he smile he will not scare them...surely they will smile back too.............and who knows this smile will make them happy all day......

"Everyone can decide how they feel, nobody can force you to feel hurt or depressed, unless you let them." very very true!
Rise up every morning, telling yourself that "Today will be a happy day". Say "I believe I will handle any problems successfully today. In fact! I believe something good will happen to me!, maybe later a big big surprise....Help others and guard your mouth. If there's nothing good to say, be silent. There's significant power in it........HAVE A NICE DAY TO EVERYONE and always wear a big big SMILE =D

May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.
