Etihad booking canceled but no refund
I have booked 3 flight Etihad tickets through online (by my credit card) on 17 January 2013 for flight on August 2013 (booking code YMFTOM).
But coz Etihad changing their schedule, on 26 February 2013 I canceled tickets on Etihad office in Doha (the center) and they promise to refund it for 20-30 days to my credit card account.
I tried to to contact them by phone and every 2 week came to their office. There were lots of problem they said that the tickets canceled only one person, then two person, then keep waiting for the third ticket cancellation, and of course they keep saying waiting for a week.
On 18 June 2013 they refunded only one tickets, and i tried complain, they said they will asking to Abudhabi office, because on their system, they have already refund all the tickets.
I have been paying interest for this tickets to my credit card bank.
And until today (which is almost 5 month!), i have to come to their office to keep on checking my refund!!

Paying a nominal fee to an agent would have saved a great deal of your time and money.
