A driver for a local family has sought refuge at the Indian Embassy and asked to go home claiming one of the family's sons assaulted him.

Oh forgot this is Qatar hope he is able to save his A*S and gets kicked out/deported with dignity and respect

These things have become so common that now I have stopped feeling for these abused people. May be after all I am becoming part of this system

I was raised to respect and treat the poor as human beings but after seeing so much abuse (verbal and physical) I have realized that if I dare say anything I will also get the boot and the kick plus the "visa cancellation stamp" in my passport.

There are some things that should never be questioned specially when it involves your boss

Not going to comment on the politics of this story as I don't know enough about these things but feel great sympathy towards this man. From one human being to another. I hope he gets home to his family safely.

I am surprised why they didn't wait until the court case finished and the guy goes to jail
