When you see security personnel merrily watching the dance and shooting video clips of it, you know it was pre-planned and the authorities were intimated earlier..
Seems pre planned. If it was really a flash mob they would not have tolerated it at all and would have called their riot police to beat and bash up the mob and then locked them up and got them deported as is their usual practice citing mental problems
