If you join the membership you pay QR 200 a year, but you get 30 percents discount from the publish rate. And they will give you a membership card. And after 12 massage you get 1 massage free.
Well to be honest haven't tried the hairdressers here, but have been to the Sharq Spa is really nice.....abit pricey but once your out there its all worth it.

In terms of hairdressers can't help you as I havent been satisfied with any. There are a few threads floating around re hairdressers.
Good value massages that are really really good is at the Marriott Spa. The staff are very friendly.
They do really nice swedish massges for around 230 QR.
