Great Jeep Service
Just got my Jeep serviced at CoolWranglers. Such a great and nice place to be at. Way better than the dealer IMO and not as over priced as them. They got my car up and running so fast I was surprised, was used to how long the dealer would need to do simple things on my car.
Plus its nice to see so many cool looking Jeeps there, all modded up, now I wana add things to mine!!!
If anyone wants to check, please call Sam, wonderful guy. 55440081
Surprised to see good feedback for Cool Wranglers. I realized that It was terrible rip off garage even for minor repairs. Do not trust sweet talking deceptive information sharing person who will say that they will try to keep repairs cost ECONOMICAL.
After verifying with Al Mana for the prices of replacing my steering rack for my Grand Cherokee this is what I found.
Steering rack price Al Mana - 1900 QR, CR - 3630 Q R.
Labor charge for it - Al Mana - 800 QR, CR - 1148 QR.
Inspection charges for front left suspension - QR 700!
Front differential bushing replacement labor - QR 2489.
I got a quote of QR 7956 for steering rack and front diff bushing changing with parts!
Never pay QR 1000 deposit upfront since major chuck of it is not going to be returned. No inspection charges or price information will be given while making QR deposit. They were trying to charge me QR 700 for front left suspension inspection alone from my deposit. Very bad experience and it took 2 days just to get estimate for this minor repairs.
Their website has no phone number!
How do you raise them?
Did the service + lift last week...
I'll upload some photos soon, very happy with the way my JK looks and feels now...
Prices are moderate, but you're gonna want to spend all your savings there.
Ask Sam to show you examples of what the mods will look like, and whats involved.
great place for service, sam's a super cool guy...might do some spacing soon..
All I can say is, if you care about getting customer service and straight forward trouble shooting to your Jeep's problem, then cool wranglers is the place to be.
Where is their location? Do they service only Jeep Wrangler or other models of jeep?
I was there last week. Better service than the dealer, and yes those wranglers got me very excited!
Taking my JK in for a lift tomorrow. They also run a wrangler offroading club which sounded interesting.
Sam was very helpful.
