I got back my staff finaly

also if you use your criedt card, some of that criedt card give you insurance against losting the item and you can't use that without that bill

When I shop I put bags in the car rather than trust these idiots with my purchases, but that obviously doesn't work if you don't have a car.  For some reason they put the most illiterate people at their doors.  Never thought about the fact they can take things out of your bag when your inside the shop. So no fear for us stealing but they can!

Its not the fault of anybody except the "security". U should have waited there and got back the exact amount from the security guy...unless you don't want the poor guy to be punished. Um.. and I wish they would keep cameras near these doors. With what trust can we leave our purchased items with people who don't take proper care when handing em' out.

the funny thing when the supervisor told me "don't worry last week we had same problem and the man who take the staff by mistake was Qatari and he bring it back"

nice excuse that means the security used to made same mistake

I'll have to be carefull, I put my laptop into those places.

Very good advice about not putting your reciepts in the bags though.

I have to keep all my reciept in one pocket when I am on a spree to ensure I don't lose any.

I would be a good idea to have a unique shopping bag, a reusable one instead of using all the plastic ones.

This happened to me 3 yrs ago in dubai emirates mall, the guy gave me the wrong trolley, good thing i noticed it halfway through the car park!!!

good morning NM, sorry to hear wat you went thru, it has occured to me on many occassion that this may happen to me too but to date thank god nothing of the sort has yet happened. this goes to show the sort of ppl they employ  

life's too short so make the most of it, you only live but once.......

Still no excuse no matter how it mixes, the point is, the guy who took the bag, surely knew its not his, as soon the security handed him, but he intentionally taken it so don't waste your time to wait for a return, coz if he do, that moment, for just few meters away from the shop, he would noticed it, i just hope, this time God do wonders that i be wrong, that he is now on his guilt and coming to return...

   Security on the other hand is to be neglected, his incompetence...what was the shop paying him for?

I can't see how they mixed up your stuff when they are giving number tags, I mean is it that hard to match numbers? Good they compensated you though.

    it was realy difficult day for you to do shopping twice but i wander you stollen in a such easy way ,sure it is not taken by mistake........ thats tell us we  should be aware very carfully nowadayes coz qatar is going to be unsave .........

I want to give two valuse advises

- when you buy staff never keep the bill in the bag just keep it your pocket

- when you get back your staff from the security, just spend 2 seconds and check it
