guys,what about the warranty,don't you think,communicating on phone and handling by shipping is longer than buying in doha.

if you think for 300,in warranty case may be you dont have phone for months.???

I have ordered for samsung galaxy s3 from MIZADO 2 days b4...COD option.....They called me on the very next day and asked for my ID card copy.i sent today.I mailed and told them to courier it thro ARAMEX since its free delivery..Lets see the product quality..can we open and check it before paying ?

What number appears in your phone when they call you? Is it the +123 numbers? I am asking because I made an order with them but never answered the call coming from these numbers. Thanks.

Pls share your experience if any one purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P5100 model from Mizado. Mizado says any problem we can ship them back thro same courier and they will do repair & ship back to us. I do not know how far it is possible! But this site is offering very low price when compare other site in UAE for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P5100 model. While chatting with Samsung service UAE centre, Mizado is not buying the Samsung product at UAE region hence no warranty provided by Samsung UAE and they may be buying from Europe. So service centre cautioned me about the model may be difference.

Well, I finally got a call from Skycomex that my shipment is here and went to collect it yesterday. Surprisingly, I went there and only one of the two items I ordered was available. So, I paid collected and went back. Gave them a call today and they said the other item is not in stock anymore so they will be cancelling the order. Not exactly the best kind of customer service. In Hindsight, if I realised it would take them 12 Days to ship from Dubai to Doha, I would've just stuck with my borderlinx account and ordered from Amazon. Would've arrived faster and with both the items I wanted.

If there is a really good deal available, I think it's ok to go with the site, but don't go in with high hopes that you will get the item guranteed.

yes they dont provide you with a tracking number in their system but once i got a call to confirm my order in 2 days i got a call from skycom asking to confirm my delivery address.

I placed an order with them last week on Sunday, decided to go with COD to be on the safe side. Got a followup call to confirm the order by phone on Monday. Then it went quiet and no tracking number or mails anything. Sent in a query to customer service on Thursday and they replied saying it is ready for shipping today and I will get an email with tracking number soon. Come Sunday - no email, no tracking number still. Sent in another query to the customer service, it's been two days and no reply still. Seems like a legitimate service, but customer service seems lacking, but then that would be a Gulf Region Trademark I guess. I'll wait it out and see what happens.

There is no problem in product. Its same sealed box as you are buying locally.

I have tried their service by buying a PS3 game with them. It took time probably because the item was out of stock. They were able to deliver after some time and I paid COD. Once you purchase online, you will receive a call to confirm your order. During that call, you can ask about your concern. It is not a scam do not worry. Good Luck.

In my office two person bought Samsung galaxy note at different time,both received after 3-4 days after ordering online, one person received with Skycom (skycom charged him 43 riyals) and another one with Aramax (no extra charge). Warrenty booklet coming inside box (it may be different for different brands).

I'll save QR 300 if I'll buy from them. That is why.

Yes, but I'm quite concern regarding their warranty. If you pay COD, you CAN'T check the item and return it to them the same time they delivered it. And they are not giving they're office location, so how can I ship back if there is a problem with their item?
