Help

Thanks for all of your posts.  I met the person at an internet site. I did not get a random  e-mail from him first.  Things were going good because he is alledgedly from the USA so I thought he was harmless.  Well after a couple of e-mails back and forth he gave me this cock and bull story about a girlfriend dying.....blah, blah

So I got suspious of him, that is why I wanted to know about scams.

HI Caryllon, how are you? Don't get lines on your forehead about that, those are just another way of scams.

Please take care as lots of people still falling for them.  If in doubt or the offer is too good to be true........ delete.

google 'email scams' they're called 922 scams or something like that.....don't believe anything that comes out of Nigeria, its corrupt without a doubt! horrible country........if there is any backlash about that comment I have good reason....

vignale ... your boss (ex) travelled all the way there ? i guess some people just too greedy ...

Delete all emails that are too good to be true, greedy people don't do that and are scammed.

A previous boss I had, he sent USD 200K to Nigeria a few years back, 

because he was promised to get 10Million back.   After a short while he  realized he was scammed and travelled to get the money back, 

how it ended ??  Guess what- they killed him !!   

listen to previous poster. I wouldnt even bother to look where the email from.

A lot of email from people asking for help in transferring the money, their dear departed father left them, out of the country. They are scams. Delete them, that is what I do.
