He was working in a company as a manager. The owner made fake cases against him. His family having resident VISA its expired now. He denied to renew it. He is having a child 5 years old. Due the court hearing they are staying here. Still the cases are Pending. He is not seeking any money. Just pray God. He want to go out from this country. He lived happy life before one year. Due to the company problem everything changed into panic.

I just post the message to pray for them.

We are not here to guess. Let the OP post the complete details here and then only we will see what is the real situation. I dont want to fight with a shadow.

One shot - their visa might have been cancelled to depart and they are owed money and filed a case to get it - until it is sorted they need to survive, right? Or a case against the employee and he needs to wait for the outcome of the Labour Department, in the meantime no salary?

There are, unfortunately, too many possibilities of what might be happening, so please folks, don't be quick to label it as a scam. Be human.

one question how a family came here with no visa, must they be sponsored by one legal member of the family.

and for this to be approved must be some limits to bring the family, salary limit,age...etc

And by giving details in PM's to people I find it difficult to believe that you would risk them being arrested if you really cared about their safety.

This has all the makings of a classic scam.

Why the help is asked by a third person? second he did not mention how and where to send the help. I feel that some body want to make money for himself.
