HELP PLEASE - TRYING TO OPEN STORE

Please can anyone give me some info - I am trying to open an ice-cream parlor and want to know who to go to for store fitting and decoration - can anyone recommend company to me please. I am also looking for a location - any ideas and who does one see here to get retail spaces - would love a location in the mall but no spaces!!!
ANY help would be greatly appreciated

Just for your info there is an Italian Lady also opening an Ice Cream Parlour in Souk Waqif... go down and take a look at the fittings that she has had done... they are still working on the place so you might be able to get contracter details... the parlour is called LADOLCEVITA...
