Honoring pedestrian and scaring the labors
This is really very nice to see when the Qatarees honor the pedestrians and let them cross the road first. However I have seen the complete opposite sometimes. The outrageous act of scaring the poor labors by just skidding the Land Cruisers very close to them just to scare them to death.
Their fault is only that they are walking and does not own a car?This is insane..
Well I have seen it more than twice...
seen it myself as well..land cruiser stopped at the lights..labourers crossing the road..revs his engine hard..they run in terror..qatari kids have a laugh..the tiny minority of these pathetic creatures make for a bad name for the overwhelming majority who are a most respectful and kind lot.
Would "Pillocks" suffice ?
Haven't seen it happen but it sounds...I'm having a hard time thinking of a word strong enough to describe the degree of my disgust
