House Rent Contract for RP

Hi All, I am planing to bring my family here in Doha and I I have a house contract but It is getting expire in this September (After two months).
Please tell me can I use this house contract to process the visa or I have a get a new contract that valid for one year.
Can u please share his contact detail of the guy you are referring to, so that i can call him and take more information...... Thanks..

Yes! It would do, considering you are going to process the applications right away.
I think you are expected to have a valid contract at the time of application. A house rent contract is renewable and is normally renewed when it expires. When you have it you'll continue to have it when your family arrive. Although an accurate answer needs a bit of leg work. You never know the RP logic.
You need to get a new contract .......... n u need to get it attested....
