house rental

anybody knows why house rental still high while in fact there are lots of villas/flats are empty..im planning to rent the studio type before my child will come but i cant afford to get so expensive..looking forward to hear from you guys..thanks......

there is also another reason ... to builed a villa in Qatar it will cost u 2 million to 4 million Ryals.

where the building materials are hgh...the rents are high too

and i'm really sorry...u may find good prices if u look outside of Doha for sure
