How to stop Q-sallah sms services?

Hi,

I have Q-tel postpaid connection.i didnot subscribe any SMS services.but when i see the last month bill i ve been charged for Q-sallah serivces(but i didnt subscribe at all).how to stop this service.
how to unsubscribe? i contacted q-tel they asked me to send sms to 929 with message content of trial stop. i sent but it seems the number is incorrect.i'm not getting proper response from q-tel does anyone know?
