Huge Jumble/Rummage Sale
We're having a HUGE sale of secondhand stuff - hundreds of books, kids clothes, adult clothes, toys, household stuff (but not really much furniture).
It's on Friday 17 October in the clubhouse at Al Jazeera Compound 2, which is near Gulf English School. It starts at 9am and finishes at 12 noon.
Directions;-
Going along Al Shamal Rd (North Rd) with Landmark on your right .... do NOT go over flyover, instead filter off to right and you will come to a very large roundabout underneath the flyover.
Take fourth exit, Al Gharrafa St (first exit is Al Markhiya St, second exit is back on to Al Shamal Rd, third exit is small Al Kharatiyat St).
Take first turning on the right, then take first road on left.
Follow the road as it curves round to the right and Al Jazeera Compound 2 is on your right. The sale is in the clubhouse.
See you there!
fimurray ... do you have the map on Jpg file? Send it to me maybe i can put it up on QL calendar (the event i posted). My email [email protected]
give me an email address and i will send map as an attachment - sorry, have failed to manage to get it to appear as a comment!
Thank you for putting it on the events listing, Novita!
There are directions on the original posting - this is pathetic, but I can't figure out how to get the map I have on to this posting. I need to wait for a more computer literate person (like my five year old) to come home. Will add it asap. Sorry!
a guide map would be appreciated

Thanks will put it in events, too..... there is far too much stuff to show pix. A lot of us have got together and pooled stuff.
post it in events so it will show up and we wont forget :)
you could consider attaching a few snaps of some of the items for sale as well... :)
Thanks, have posted it there.
Hi fimurray, this has to be posted in the classifieds.
