I can't change picture

I go into my account & delete the current picture, then go in again, download a new pic then save. But no, my old pic keeps coming back.
What's wrong? Please can anyone help?

I've got yout new avatar lima. Hold your finger down on Control button and press F5. The screen will refresh and hey presto your new pic will be there.
