Money in India is huge. Cricket is played by many nations and although England is the home of cricket we all know that India is the powerhouse of the world game now due to the financial aspects...

Glad we agreed on something Aadil.

Exiled actually I was disappointed when BCCI forced all other cricketing boards to ban ICL players. No board stood for their players and they banned them as per BCCI wish. Money does talk everywhere..

Right now i'm 101% agree with your thoughts for this thread.

If we look over the papers, the award receiving players have a pretty good individual performance. :P

I totally agree with the awards for Dhoni, one of the great players for this generation but I must also say that india thinks the game revolves around them and I understand why also. They have the most followers and its the economic powerhouse of the game...

Only one who can be upset about the awards are the south africans who weren't there even in the final nominations for the top awards. Among the rest I think Dhoni & Gambhir pretty much deserved their awards. These awards are pretty much meaningless anyway and in terms of individual performances India have always been good, unfortunately it is a team game..

You have to keep the indians happy, they think they run the game...

Lol, where are the Pakistani's?!?

I completely disagree with the list :P

"Everything is okay in the end, if it's not ok, then it's not the end."
