Disgusting to us low income earner, working in this company too much work in excess of what is provided under the law and still even excess work hours rendered not paid by the management. Some of us afraid to lose our job but anybody from Qatar Authorities to look into this? Oppressive treatment of employees is common in the work place and the culture of hatred and fear seems the rule of the game. Many of us felt insulted by our Indian COO especially those of us who are working in the project. Very incompetent management style which is typical of the arrogant and stupid owner!
