Loser

What is the real meaning of a loser?I often see westerns using this word. Do they mean one ,having no g/f or,
no money,
no friends,
no nothing
or something else .I have never called anyone a loser as I don,t know its real meaning. If its meant to degrade or hurt someone ,I will never do it anyway

Now that's a good proverb! The word loser is usually used by people who are either superficial or who react without thinking. It's a bit arrogant to decide whose life is a success or not.

See u around!

Sammie, you don't have to explain yourself on this one! Your personal life is none of anybody else's business. I keep getting e-mails of "lets be friends" or "marry me" type and to be honest I am fed up with that, too. Some men are just SO out of it.

Angle face you took something i said the wrong way on one of my posts am i bothered?????? My sex life has nothing to do with you and this whole website is for people to say what they feel and i am so sorry that sometimes people get to me but i surpose i am meant to say nothing and just think what exactly? If i would have kept the e mail i was sent i would post it but it is also not the first time for this kinda email and it is different people but all i was saying like before this desparate attempt is not needed everyone has someone out there for them if they stop looking they will find it as the saying goes!!!!

i've been reading this string, and obviously, somebody here has quite a grumpy personality. i wonder if she's happy with her life. i think she needs to get laid...she's grumpy not only on this string, but on her other posts as well. loosen up.

If the word has these various serious meanings. How can it be used so casually without knowing anything about other person.

Anyways this word could,nt find a place in my dictionery as its not others to decide if one is loser or not as happycat suggested,if its all about happiness, how can others judge tht one is happy or not.

I know it cant be a win win situation all the time ,but u cant still declare anyone a loser.Because,

ITS THE HORSERIDER WHO FALLS IN THE BATTLE FIELD BUT STILL KNOWN AS A HERO

For me, a "loser" is someone with no drive, or someone who keeps bungling up whatever he/she has going for him/her.....so in short, you can have no friends, be dirt poor, no job but not be a loser if you're at peace with your life, and are actually happy..... conversally, even if you have a lot going for you, but don't have drive or a bad attitude, you're still a loser in my book :)

I hope I don't intrude on this conversation but the term "loser" is used loosely. It usually refers to someone who seemingly to you perpetually makes the wrong choices in life or who makes them too late. It also refers to the set of values that you carry with you. If you choose friendship over material wealth, someone who is wealthy but lonely seems a "loser" to you. It is a disparaging remark, but in the meantime can reflect badly on you if used in the wrong company.

Thank you Doha girl and super7 for asking sammie ,wt I would have asked and semmie I never send u an e-mail of tht sort.

If u have anything against me for any unknown reason please let it go out of ur mind as life is too short to be unhappy with someone and believe me I have just got these two things(so i can not be a loser on tht ground) for what I thank heavens for :

Good looks,

and a logical mind(to make a logical jump,Just kidding ,plz dont mind)

Live and let live.

Track record...If I was going with he is leaving than I will be single after the Asian Games. But I figure track record will kick in long before that.

Yeah for DG. Is that because you want to be/he is leaving/pessimism because of track record?

Oh definitely a logical jump, I was just confused for a second and had to re-read the post. I didn't think there could possibly be two widow loving losers out there!

I think it was a logical jump... a question about a loser straight to ginshelee

By dohagirl• 20 Aug 2006 15:50

When did Farhan say he wanted a widow? Or to get married? Are you sure you aren't confusing him with ginshelee sammie?

sammie1571

If i was still single wheni was 70 and had not had any fun in the bedroom for at least 50 of those i might be deparate enough to do that!

By Super7• 20 Aug 2006 15:42
Super7

I don't think he wants a widow sammie I think he is just saying he isn't picky so if you are up for getting married don't be put off by that. I'm sure you would have as good a shot as anyone.

A loser ca be a number of things really not thinking like other human beings is one! Losing a game etc is another when i refered to you as a loser i meant that it seems you either have a screw loose or you are taking the mickey when you write these posts i mean no one in their right mind would post i want a widow etc as a wife what is the matter with you???? Just incase you do not think there is not someone out there for everyone here is a picture that always keeps peoples hopes up that there is:
