Made it finally
Finally landed in sunny Qatar, and what a welcome. Blasted by the heat, terrified by the traffic, and confounded by the culteral shock.
Still after the mind and body recovered,(or rather still is), finally able to start appreciating what all the QL'ers talked about.

What do you mean by Culture Shock ?
The heat in this country cant be described easily but as i think it is like
sat 43at morning,41 evening,32 with humedity at night
sun 47at morning,42 evening,34 with humedity at night
mon 51at morning,49 evening,33 with humedity at night
tue 55at morning,46 evening,34 with humedity at night
wed 50at morning,42 evening,32 with humedity at night
thu 47at morning,43 evening,31 with humedity at night
fri 52at morning,45 evening,30 with humedity at night
but somedays it gets hot like a mother****** lol
and i have to stay at home as if im a vampire or so lololol

I arrived a month ago and was totally overwhelmed by the heat and traffic. Now, the heat is still oppressive and the driving is still unbearable. However, I have found it a very friendly country and have been given help from colleagues, acquaintances and even strangers when I got lost numerous times. Enjoy and give yourself time and that's what everyone has told me to do and it works!
