Money

swissgirl39
By swissgirl39

As i followed so many discusts about salary and saving money here is my question:

Why are you all afraid to not earn enough money?

Why money is the most important thing in your lifes?

Must not be health in nr 1 position?

Or the luck to have a good family life?

Or the joy to have friends and to spend time with them?

For me it looks like most of us cares about the money first.

Sorry dont wanted to offend no one but it looks strange to me.

For me its like two different school of thoughts. For myself I just want to live in today...tomorrow...yar khair hai....its like will see "if tomorrow comes", so just want to do everything for the particualr moment.

But looking family around me..thn the whole perspective change. Whole paradigm shift. Health, family, happiness, fundamental needs ..all referred back to money and making enough for your beluvd family. Thn u look for saving options, investment bla bla bla....

But still i believe with in my heart tht its alwys small things which makes one happy. and if we cannot enjoy small things and try to look for more material stuffs..thn we actually forget how to be happy...we keep doing better and better and our craving for more keeps increasing ..and we remain dissatisfied.

But thinking practically the first question is why are we here away from our family ,relatives, our country.......We are here to earn money to have a good life and a secure future so that we can give a better lifestyle to our kids and live peacefully and independent when we are old.....we are here to secure our selves....and staying healthy is in our hands its we who can decide how to live a better lifestyle by staying healthy and wealthy.....

3 part time jobs ?? How many hours do you work in a day !

Coming to your point .... I believe money plays a major role in anyone's life !

There is a quote: No Life Without Wife ... but I say No Wife Without Money ..

One point i do agree with you, that person should not involve himsel that much in earning money that he forgets about his family/ his health/ his friends and ofcourse the needy people ... if the money earned and not spend on these thing then there is no use of earning money in life

Coz no one gonna take money with him once his soul depart from his body ! soul carries your deeds to God not Money.

but to run a successful life and healthy family you need to have some source of income... so that the future for family is secure !

but I know what you mean. Women tend to take everything to heart more so than men...not saying men don't feel things but women have it ingrained in them as caretakers...And sometimes the most innocently asked questions have some very deep roots.

you are jobless???  well ask around on here..maybe someone can help your situation also...

Salax, your advice is good for minor problems,..but sometimes things get to a point that family is too close to the matter...and a person who isn't involved personally, is the best one to talk to, especially if they are medically trained.

Learn to accept that everyone has trouble in their lives and the best we can do is be there to help them with however we can...sometimes just listening is the best help ever...Try not to take on someone else's problems tho as it can drag you down into the mud and you might get stuck both mentally and physically.

Do what you can for people, always care for them...but at the same time, take care of yourself and know your limits...as women we tend to take on more than we can actually bear...and then we end up in trouble emotionally.

Everyone has crosses to bear, no matter how rosy their lives look like from the outside looking in...those that have tons of money, might not ever know love...or even be happy...those that are dirt poor, might be the happiest people in the world...Always remember, never to judge a book by its cover but by what's inside.

Nothing is free nowadays...we need money for our food, shelter and clothing. these are basic needs. the loss of money leads people to poverty and out in the streets, homeless.  this is the essential for survival. for good health, you need food to sustain it, a balanced meal (you buy food in grocery or fresh markets);  some maintenance such as vitamins and other supplements (you buy these things in pharmacy). if you need to seek medical assistance to check your condition you certainly need doctor's fee.

so is it not a major concern to our daily lives?

IMHO, in cultures where earning money is traditionally a male domain, I guess saving and earning money takes first priority.  Earning money does not mean ignoring health but some sacrifice on personal and family front may be there.
