Mozaik TV problems

Since yesterday evening I have been facing problems with Mazaik TV and Internet Connection ..after trying to call qtel for over an hour a customer service agent tried to help over the phone for another hour without success

I now have no internet or TV at home ..

Have any one been facing the same problem yesterday or is it just me ?
