Don't go to sofitel and if it is still under warranty then take it to the place from where you got it, but I don't think that they will replace it for free. 10 Keys = Replace Whole Keyboard my dear ... sorry to say that but they will ask to replace it. For HP it would be Redington on C-Ring road.

Opening hours from 9 to 1pm then 4 to 10pm. The bell man at the Sofitel hotel will direct you there. (Actually just next door to the hotel's entrance). This is a huge place inside and lots of them are selling computer parts etc. There are some of them doing repairs as well.
You might have problem with parking but you can park at the back of the building or at the side.
Do u know also what time do they open? coz as far as i know, most shops here in doha are close in the afternoon coz im thinking to go there after work. Would u mind to give the name of the store/shop? I've been here in doha for almost 7 years but im not really familiar with places like sofitel.
Thanks a lot for the infos! it's greatly appreciated!
