Need help with webcam

I bought Genius ilook 1321 webcam but it's not working with Yahoo messanger.

I thought all webcams should work with MSN, Yahoo, etc.

But on checking, found it's not compatible with Yahoo..

gosh!! Now i need to take it back and see, whether can be exchanged?

What is the best wabcam available?

does it have a CD installer with the webcam? did you try installing it first? install it, and try the camera or video if its working. maybe the webcam is kharban when you bought it, who knows.

there should be light or led on the webcam if its working.

Genius iLook should work with Yahoo Messenger.

Why do you say its not compatible?

Log on through the Webcam software. If it works then it should work with Yahoo Messenger. Period.
