nissan service is superb

We bought a Nissan Altima two years back and have had no complaints with the car or the service centre so far. Infact last week when our AC broke down we were quite upset as i use the car to pick my kids for school and sending the car to the station meant atleast three or four days at the centre. Well we drove up to the centre and were told that it would take about three or four days to repair, but when i told them of my problem they said they will try their best to do it at the earliest. Thinking it was a false promise we came home, but we received a phone call from the service station the very next morning that our car was ready for collection. Imagine our delight when they said that the compressor had to be replaced but we wont have to pay anything as it is totally covered!
I have heard all sorts of horror stories about Toyota and Honda service stations and am proud to say that Nissan really does care for its customers!

Pikey dont know about Patrol but other models like Tiida and Altima have good AC's.

My husband is an aerospace engineer and according to him even new machines are just as likely to have faulty parts, infact some brand new aeroplanes also have problems.

Your lucky you have Japenese and not a European or US car and the dealer is not Al Fardhan.lol

Nissan, Mitsubishi and Honda are considered the best in Servicing.

Thanks for letting us all know. However a friend told me about that his newly Nissan Patrol was having problem with Air Conditioning and it was with Nissan for quite long as they did not have the parts..

Some people get lucky others not so lucky I guess

Maybe you could write them a letter - someone might get a pay rise from this!

Well Toyota is the worst in service, because they know their money comes from Land Cruisers, so no worry about other cars but the best service is from Honda.

It was bad few years back but now currently its the best.
