Overstaying a biz visa-where to pay the fine

A guy I know (not me, of course) needs to overstay his business visa by a few days. Does anyone know where the fine should be paid? Has anyone had this specific problem before (business visa)?

Why do u want to overstay ????

Fine for overstaying is qar 200 per day and u will end up paying huge amount.

Instead exit take another business visa and come back for 3 months. This may be profitable

The problem is they only speak in Arabic... Couple of days back I went to Gharaffa Passport Office and I met 3 Captain.. they asked me to speak in Arabic since they dont know English..

"Me no English, speak arabic". Thats what they said...

I know the obvious answer is the 'immigration office'. But for a business visa is there a particular immigration office I (I mean 'he') should go to? Perhaps out near the airport?
